Mr. Sardar joined ISNA in September 2012. He graduated with his Bachelors of Education from University of Toronto’s Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) in 2012 and earned an Honours program in Commerce from McMaster University in 2010. At McMaster, Mr. Sardar was actively involved with the Muslim Students’ Association, both as an executive and as the Director of Islamic Education. As Director of Islamic Education, Mr. Sardar helped to create a very successful weekly halaqa which focused on introducing Islamic Sciences to students and was also delivered by students. Mr. Sardar is passionate about teaching and empowering youth in the Muslim community. He loves to play sports and is an avid tennis and basketball fan.
